"Taking blood and not following instructions"

About: Paraburdoo Hospital

(as the patient),

A particular staff member took an hour of rubbing my veins before putting a needle in then the vein popped. They did this on both arms, a week later I’m still really bruised.

They couldn’t seem to follow simple instructions from other nurses. E.g nurse asked this staff member to fan me whilst feeling nausea and I felt they couldn’t do it right.
