I spent the night recently in Emergency and was thoroughly and professionally cared for. Another patient wasn't so happy. They called your staff F...ing C...s 30 or 40 times so loud that all Emergency could hear. I saw that your staff simply took it on the chin and kept helping them. Thier cool gallantry under extreme prssure does them credit. If that happened in a supermarket I believe they just call the police, but your staff wore the abuse and stayed with their remedial duties.
