The team in the outpatient clinic have been amazing, they were friendly, professional and informative. Having transferred from another hospital to receive treatment in Kalgoorlie, the staff made sure I was comfortable and treated me in a professional, friendly and supportive manner. At each appointment, I was informed about the procedure to be performed, not kept waiting and shown the utmost respect. Kudos to them.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts on our service.

Our Outpatients team are committed to providing high-quality care and have been undertaking a lot of work around improving our services and communication with patients. Patients are now receiving improved documentation including maps and appointment information, as well as improved communication with clinicians.

It was great reading your story, and I look forward to sharing this lovely compliment with the team.

We are currently looking for consumers of our service to join our District Health Advisory Council, as this provides a partnership between the health service and our consumers. It is an excellent opportunity for us to learn and improve the health care experience of our community.
