"CAMI team at KEMH"

About: King Edward Memorial Hospital / Childbirth and Mental Illness Service (CAMI CLINIC)

(as the patient),

I attended the CAMI clinic last year and ended up having our baby girl on New Year's Day at 40+1 and 3.5kg.

I just wanted to put forward a commendation for the team at the CAMI clinic please

Jacqui, Kanni and the team including Bonnie the midwife were fantastic, so kind and supportive each week. It was so reassuring to see everyone each week and know my baby was safe.

Post partum has been challenging due to a code blue section under GA due to possible uterine rupture, MBU admissions and my Dad passing when our baby was 3 weeks old.

The CAMI team gave me strength when I had none. The mother-led, psycho-social support is invaluable.

I really appreciate your care

Dear sunshine1,

Thank you for taking the time to share such lovely feedback about your experience with maternity care through the CAMI clinic. It’s clear that the CAMI clinic team provided exceptional care and support during such a challenging time. Your feedback really shows how the team was there for you, offering strength and reassurance when you needed it most.

We will be sure to pass on your thanks to Jacqui, Kanni, Bonnie, and the rest of the team, and I know they will be touched by your kindness.

Best wishes,

Delaney
