I felt Tracey went above expectations to help me and answer any questions, helped with latching aswell as walking me to the shower post c section. I truly felt heard and cared for and never like an inconvenience.

Firstly congratulations on the birth of your baby. Pregnancy, the birth of your child and becoming a parent is an incredible journey and we are so happy to have been an positive part of that experience.

Thank you for your kind words and for taking the time to write about your time with us in Maternity. We are very proud of the values we promote among our staff in compassion and understanding and these aspects of the care we provide make our service so well respected. I will pass on your wonderful feedback to the Maternity team.
