About: Albany Health Campus / Mental Health Unit

(as the patient),

Admitted from Katanning hosp  for suicide attempt, cpr and 1st aid conducted by my neighbour and ambo crew , transported to Mental health dept in Albany W.A 6330 ,.

There the care and attention  I received by all shift staff personnel  is to be commended , Food excellent, interaction with staff outstanding , cleanliness outstanding .

I am very lucky and proud of meeting all in the ward .
