"Waiting to be processed"

I was asked to be at the swan Hill hospital for a biopsy at 12.45pm. Lunch time. I was told to be on time. I drove two hrs arriving about 10 minutes prior to my time. I waited an hour to be seen. Once l was seen i moved along quite well. My question is why was i asked to be here on time yet you fail to be close to this time. I could have arrived 30 minutes or more late.

I have been here three times over the last couple of weeks. I also waited 3/4 hr between nurse appointments during my pre-op appointment.

Apart from a staff member I saw in day procedure who l found to be quite abrupt and grumpy, I believe the rest of your staff can't be faulted.
