About: Kalgoorlie Health Campus / Emergency Department Kalgoorlie Health Campus / Kalgoorlie Outpatient Clinic Kalgoorlie Health Campus / Surgical Ward

(as the patient),

Had a visit to the ED and ended up with small surgery and one night stay in hospital. I have never received such great care in my life from the staff at the ED. I needed to attend outpatient for wound care every week. Neha the nurse- I recon she is the best nurse I have crossed pathes with. Exceptional service, knowledge and excellent bed side manner. 

I would like to thank all involved during this magical experience with Kalgoorlie Hospitan and the Australian Health Service.

We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, it gave us great pleasure in reading your story and then being able to share with Neha and the team. They are often so busy that they probably don’t actually take the time to reflect on the caring and very professional services that they provide to our community and the impact that they have daily. When caring for patients, this can make a huge difference for patient, family and carers.
