"Iron infusion at Better at Home"

Staff at Hospital in the Home, Bass Coast Health were absolutely wonderful. 

I knew they were busy as they're the only place that does iron infusions in the area, so I mentioned beforehand that if they have any cancellations I was very happy to come at short notice. They called a couple of days later with a last minute cancellation for that day! 

From the moment I arrived all the nurses and doctors I saw were lovely, extremely thorough (I have allergies/EpiPens, they triple checked everything), meticulous with every detail. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them enough. The equipment and facilities in their clinic were fantastic too. They even offered me food (I declined because of allergies, but it was very nice of them to offer). 

Overall a wonderful experience. Thanks very much to the HITH team!
