I ended up at ED via Urgent Care on the weekend. I was experiencing a lot of pain and staff showed me genuine care. Everything was clearly explained to me and my personal wishes were also considered. Thank you Dr Seb and Dr Felicity for taking care of me and helping me to return to my family quickly. I think we are lucky to have such kind and dedicated and staff in our community.
