"Severe stress"

About: Cohuna District Hospital / Urgent Care Department

(as the patient),

I arrived at Cohuna hospital in a severe stressed state with panic attacks. Two lovely nurses, Heather and Fiona took me straight in to the consulting room. They both were so kind and calming and made me start to calm down a little. They sat and talked to me and certainly didn't rush me in any way, it was just so relieving to have them talk really positively to me, which is exactly what I needed.

This is the first time I have ever experience such kindness and comfort in a hospital.

This is the most outstanding hospital in this district. All staff I encountered on the day were great and the cleanliness was outstanding.

Thank you so much Heather and Fiona for changing my day for the better.
