"Child in ED whilst mum is overseas"

Last year my daughter was taken to ED at AHC. I was overseas at the time.  Obviously I was frantic.  I rang the hospital to check on my daughter.  I had a return call by Dr Tom who had spoken to the attending and gave me information and really helped to calm me down and understand the situation.  I actually received a follow up call to check if I was ok and to let me know what the update was.

I so appreciated the care and attention dr Tom showed us.  As a mum away - I was very grateful.
