Brought my father to Sydney Eye Hospital Outpatients Clinic. My father saw a Ms Sally, Orthoptist, who performed eye scans on my father. My father is 82 years old. He has dementia, severe Glaucoma and is completely deaf. Taking his scans is difficult due to his disabilities. Ms Sally was excellent. She was patient and spoke clearly. She used various methods to ensure she took the best scans of my father's eyes. A very experienced medical professional, I believe. I think she is truly an asset to the Outpatients Unit of Sydney Eye Hospital. I feel very lucky that my father was under her care today to undergo his eye scans. Thank you very much, Ms Sally, for your care.
