About: Lives Lived Well – Carinya Transition House (Wollongong)

(as a service user),

I came to Carinya after completing rehab. It keeps me accountable, have other people around me that support me. I am very lucky to be given this opportunity and to be supported by Jess.  Keeps me well balanced, healthy diet, healthy mind, healthy recovery and allowing me to also work on my spiritual health. It always me to continue to work on my recovery in the community. It is the best thank you!

I am also attending Watershed Day Program with Darelle. Both Jess & Darelle are supportive and work on networking with other services to refer myself and other clients to, which is very helpful.

Firstly, thank you for sharing your experiences with both Carinya and Watershed Day Program. It sounds like you are putting in a lot of effort towards your recovery and the results are coming in abundance.

Keep up the routine and the positive changes.
