"Needs being met"

About: Lives Lived Well – Carinya Transition House (Wollongong)

(as a service user),

Transitioned to Carinya after completing a smaller rehab that was more enclosed, to a rehab with more freedom has allowed me to return back into the community whilst still being supported.

I feel my needs are being met but also culturally I feel this is being met. I feel supported by the carinya coordinator Jess with my needs including referrals to aboriginal specific services which has made me feel at ease.

Good house mates have also allowed me to feel settled in my new routine also.

Hello,

I am so glad that you found the support which you were looking for at Carinya.

It sounds like you had some well established goals and your doing the hard work to reach them.
I will definitely pass on your kind message and progress to Jess and the team.

Keep up the great work, and remember to reach out if you need any supports in the future.

Kris
