"Manage my care"

About: Albany Health Campus

(as the patient),

I used manage my care for the first time recently. I am impressed however I didn’t receive a push notification. Can you please fix this? Also the referral status for one of my referrals is incorrect. Why is this? Great to see WA Health making use of modern technologies to empower patients like me, thank you

Thank you for sharing your experience of the WA Department of Health’s Manage My Care App. We are sorry to hear that you have been having difficulties with it. There is a user guide which you will find here - Manage-My-Care-user-guide.pdf. In order to receive push notifications, you will need to turn them on, on your personal hand held device.

It is not possible to discuss the detail of the problem you are experiencing with your referral without identifying details from you. Please contact our Outpatient team on 9892 2333 or the referring doctor or practitioner directly, to review your concerns. When contacting Outpatients please leave a message with your full name and preferred contact phone number.
