"Kitchen/ meals"

I'm reporting on my parent's experience and another patients feed back regarding the kitchen (meals, cutlery, hot drinks etc). My parent did not receive their evening meal, in the past, they were given soup, with no spoon, how did they expect my parent to eat the soup, with a fork?. The patient next to my parent received their meal and got 2 knives, no fork. They said they often receive their "tea" as requested, but always short of something like tea bag or the hot water.

Please do something about this as I believe its not fair on the patients. If they could go up the road and buy their own food, I believe they would, but unfortunately they can't, so they depend on the kitchen to provide them with their meals completely and properly.
