We would like To express heartfelt gratitude to Sir Charles Gairdner hospital. For all the medical journey since early March and previous frequent trips to hospital.

Our Heartfelt Gratitude with support to all the Medical team of Doctors and Specialists from Coronary, Nephology, Renal department Dr. Wai, Dr. Chan , Dr. Lisa

To all Nurses and staff and support worker team from ER, ICU, ward 62, 63.and PD dialysis and Haemodialysis Team, Outpatient clinic
