"OT and Physio in the home"

I was an inpatient at Saint Charles Gardner Hospital following an illness peripheral neuropathy. After my two weeks in hospital I returned home and within the first 24 hours after returning home I was contacted by Physio and OT regarding the services they could provide for me over the next two weeks 2 to 3 weeks I had visits and phone calls. I thought the service was excellent. The staff who provided the services were very proficient and caring. I could not speak highly enough of the services I received.
