"Influenza A care"

About: Prince of Wales Hospital / ASB 3S - Community Management Centre

(as the patient),

I live alone and I felt so cared for by all the nurses that contacted me. They were all so kind and friendly and that is the most important thing as it helps relax the patient.

I’m starting to improve and the most important thing is I feel safe if I need help.

The oximeter is very helpful especially if you live alone and can use it properly to check up on yourself regularly. Thank you. šŸ™

All I can summarise and say excellent care, service, empathy, understanding etc

Hello jazzwe65

Thank you for taking your time in providing your feedback with the SESLHD CMC Acute Respiratory Illness Remote Patient Monitoring.

I am glad the service made you feel comfortable and safe, being cared for by the clinical team whilst being in your own home.

What is heartwarming is seeing the person-centered care that was demonstrated by the team through their excellent care, service, empathy and understanding, which has left such a positive memory with you.

I hope you remain to be well.

Kind regards,

Justin O'Hare

Nursing Co-Director POWH
