"Patient centred approach"

I go to get my bloods done consistently at PathWest Mandurah Foreshore. I have found that the South African lady that works there is always kind and considerate. I have terrible veins and am required to get bloods every 6 months. On top of that I have a phobia of blood tests due to past bad experiences at other clinics. However, this lady at PathWest always has no problem bleeding me. It’s always quick and pretty much painless. She is patient with my phobia and doesn’t make me feel ashamed. I go back to her time and time again, because she always delivers a patient-centred approach. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend to everyone.
