About: Lives Lived Well – Nowra (Nana Muru)

(as the patient),

This was the first time I've detoxed with help, the other two times I did it on my own but ultimately went back to alcohol as I didn't have the aftercare. I didn't know any of it existed, but went to my doctor as I was sure another solo attempt would be unsuccessful in the end. They connected me to Deb at Lives Lived Well, and I've just finished a detox, and am so looking forward to what's next. Instead of feeling 'finished' like the last two times, I feel this is a beginning to get to the root of the problem (or the reason that I drink).
