I recently had a bad experience with the Emergency Department which had left me less than satisfied with the care level. 

More recently, I had reason to attend the Emergency Department again and finding the department full and the waiting area full decided to return the next morning early. Upon arrival the next morning I was triaged and after a short wait was taken into the department. From then until my discharge post theatre and stay the level of care was first rate and faultless.

My ED doctor Noah was as fantastic as my first point of contact and although my medical history is both tricky and extensive he was great. When it was established I would have to go to theatre I was taken to Surgical to wait. Once I was taken to Theatre my Anaesthetist Nicky came to see me and explained my situation and risks going forward. A decision was made and I was then collected and take around for my procedure.

I woke up back in the ward all gone well and feeling tired but ok. The surgical staff were terrific on the PM and Night Shift.  I was discharged mid morning the next day. Thank you to all involved it was great to have a positive experience after the previous fail.
