About: Lives Lived Well – Shanty Creek Residential (Mareeba)

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have completed my three months at Shanty Creek, and it was a good experience. 

It helped me understand my triggers and facilitated my transition to Douglas House. Shanty Creek supported me in connecting with the cultural group during my transition.

Congratulations on completing three months in the program at Shanty Creek.

I am glad that you were able to transition into the services smoothly and that you had a positive experience at Shanty Creek, particularly that you were able to connect with culture during you stay.

It sounds like you developed some great insights during your time in the program and hopefully it has set you up for a future filled with amazing possibilities.
