Dear flutedk54,

It’s inspiring to hear how you turned things around after such a tough time. Managing type 2 diabetes and then being diagnosed with renal failure is no small thing, and your message is a great reminder of how important support, routine, and healthy choices can be.

It’s amazing to see how far you’ve come by staying on top of things like eating well, exercising, and keeping an eye on your BSL and blood pressure. Your experience could really encourage others going through something similar.

Wishing you all the best as you continue your journey — and thanks again for opening up and reminding us how much of a difference support and determination can make.

Kindest Regards

Jayne,

Acting Broome Hospital Operations Manager
