"The care speed in Sydney"

About: Sydney / Sydney Eye Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a relative),

After my parent came to the emergency department with an eye half-filled with blood, they said it will be a 1 hour wait, however it's been nearly 2:30 and still waiting at the time of writing this. I think this is unacceptable and for the money, this is some of the worst service I know.
