We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Tim during a recent trip to the Emergency Department for my child. From the moment we walked in, Dr. Tim made my child feel comfortable, safe, and understood. This is something that means a lot to me as a parent.
They took the time to explain everything gently and patiently, even singing and dancing, which helped ease any nerves. I believe it’s rare to find a doctor who connects so genuinely with children, and I’m incredibly grateful for the care and compassion shown by Dr Tim.
