(as a parent/guardian),

My child went to ED recently and we’ve had to go back twice for reviews. I want to give feedback about the nurse Lachlan. I was really impressed by his communication skills and the way he helped my child feel calm and comfortably there in the hospital setting. He was very professional and the care and treatment was 5 star.

Thank you very much for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent experience when you presented to Bridgetown Hospital Emergency Department. I have shared your feedback with nursing staff and the nurse mentioned and they also thank you.

We are extremely fortunate to have a team of very experienced, skilled and compassionate nursing and medical staff in our Emergency Department. Although your visit would have been stressful, I am so glad our nursing staff made a positive impression and trust your child is well on the way to recovery.
