About: Prince of Wales Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a relative),

My partner and I attended ED for a head injury on a busy weekend. The staff worked hard to make sure everyone was seen in a timely manner. The triage nurse was friendly, empathetic and efficient. The two doctors who gave us care were really friendly and gave excellent care. I believe Prince of wales has an excellent emergency department. Although we did have to wait a couple of hours (expected for a non urgent injury) the staff were efficient and professional.
