This is the second time I have used MGP for my pregnancy/birth experience. I cannot fault the service. It was absolutely amazing! From the appointments leading up to the birth, the birth and the appointments following the birth. My midwife (Jo) and her team (Yvonne and Steph) always made me feel positive, confident and supported. Nothing was ever a silly question. Nothing was ever a problem for them. It goes right down to when I was in labour and Jo was due to finish at 6pm but Bub was only ready to face the world at 5:50pm. She didn’t want to miss it so she stayed for an hour overtime to be there for me. She did not have to do this. I believe she did this because she genuinely cares about her job and her clients she takes on. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Jo, you truly are one of a kind!
Also a huge shout out to the General Ward Midwife’s at the Broome hospital. You are all amazing. Sorry I don’t remember your names it was all a big blur after the baby was born. One midwife I do remember was Tahlia. Tahlia your calm and caring nature was exactly what any mum needs when experiencing labour/birth and the first few days after becoming a mum.
Also a huge shout out to doctor Chevaun, Peta and Cameron (I think that was your name- I was in so much pain by the time you came in).
Doctor Peta was so passionate about her job she offered to video my son walking in the birthing suite and meeting his little brother for the first time.
The whole experience was one myself and my family will never forget.
Thank you 🙏
