About: Esperance Health Campus / Medical Imaging

(as the patient),

I arrived for my appointment at the Esperance hospital.

I presented myself at the X-Ray reception, picked a number as requested and sat down in the available chair. The staff member called my number and I told them that I have arrived for my appointment, I felt their attitude was very unpleasant and threw their arms in the air when asking who I was, that gesture made me feel uncomfortable.

To me this is not a very professional way to present yourself to the public and it’s not a very professional attitude for the first point of contact for the hospital services.
