"ED Presentation"

About: Margaret River Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I have had to make use of MRDH ED service on a number of occasions over the last few years. Every time I am admitted, I am appreciative of the professionalism and care received. They always listen, communicate what is happening and how I may seek assistance if required. When I have required transport to Bunbury hospital, they clearly communicate why, explain what to expect and offer the chance to ask questions. Thank you

Dear hippoyh47

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the Emergency Department at Margaret River Hospital. We’re truly heartened to hear that you have consistently received professional, compassionate, and well-communicated care during your visits.

Our team strives to ensure every patient feels heard, informed, and supported—especially during moments that can be stressful or uncertain. It’s wonderful to know that this has been your experience, including during transfers to Bunbury Hospital, where clear communication and opportunity to ask questions is so important.

Your kind words mean a great deal to our staff, and we will make sure they are shared with the team. Thank you again for your feedback—it is both valued and appreciated.

Warm regards,

Marie Tweedie
