"Medical Imaging Department at Northam Hospital"

I was seen on Friday evening earlier this month at Geraldton Hospital where I was really well looked after but I left with a referral for an ultrasound which I couldn’t get done over the weekend.

I was due to fly on the Thursday and it had to be done prior to that. I was driving to Northam on the Monday to stay with my daughter before I left. I emailed my referral to Northam at the weekend and explained the situation. I rang them on route and they slotted me in for an appointment on Monday afternoon.  

The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the lady who conducted the scan (Amy by memory - I hope that is correct, she had fabulous frog scrubs) was exceptional. She was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. She was extremely thorough, explained everything and put my mind at rest. Thank you so much. What a great job from one of our small country hospitals - us country folks are lucky to have you all and you are greatly appreciated.
