"Day procedure"

I recently attended Busselton Hospital for day surgery and was so impressed by the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, everyone I encountered from reception staff to the nurses was warm, friendly, and professional. A special mention to young nurse Louise, who was absolutely lovely. She was so kind, caring, and genuinely compassionate, which made all the difference to my comfort and confidence on the day.

In contrast to my past experience at a different hospital's Day Surgery, where I found the staff to be quite dismissive and lacking in empathy, Busselton Hospital was a breath of fresh air. To me it was clear the team here actually care about their patients. I’m very grateful
