I wanted to take a moment to share our appreciation for the incredible support provided by Maria and Brad in caring for two of our clients living with complex neurodisabilities.
Their professionalism, warmth, and commitment have made a remarkable difference—not only for our clients, but also for the families, staff, and everyone involved in their care. The input and expertise they’ve shared have been invaluable in ensuring the right supports are in place and that we’re delivering care that is both person-centred and clinically sound.
Maria and Brad’s responsiveness and attention to detail have brought real reassurance to the team, and their ongoing involvement has helped us build a strong, sustainable plan of care.I am an experienced Nursing Unit Manager myself and have felt extremely reassured and supported by Maria Heaton while navigating end of life and palliative care in a group home environment, her expertise is invaluable and obvious and Maria clearly truly values quality and person centred healthcare. What an asset to this team, which is so valuable in an under resourced area of end of life and palliative care in the neurodisability community.
