"Experience at Fremantle Gynaecology Clinic for Colposcopy and Biopsy"

About: Fremantle Hospital and Health Service / Day Admission Centre/Pre Admission Clinic

(as the patient),

During my colposcopy procedure, from walking into the day procedure waiting room, into the doctors office and the actual procedure room I was surrounded by warm, genuine, caring nurses.

As it’s a tough procedure in the stirrups, I begin to feel very faint and wanting to pass out. The nurse held both of my hands the whole time. The after care and education was above and beyond. Tea and snacks were given generously while I was explained in thorough detail the procedure and what to expect afterwords. I could not of had a better experience given the uncomfortable nature of the procedure. Thank you Fremantle Gynaecologist clinic

Dear warmmq73,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are grateful for your kind words and for trusting our service with your care during what can be a challenging procedure. Your feedback has been passed on to those involved, and the team are pleased to know that you felt supported, cared for, and listened to throughout your visit.

We are proud of the high standard of care our staff provide and are pleased to hear that the small things—like holding your hands, the aftercare, and even the tea and snacks—made a difference. It’s feedback like yours that reminds us why we do what we do.

Wishing you comfort and wellbeing as you continue your recovery.

Kind Regards

Luke Dix

A/Executive Director FSFHG
