About: Fremantle Hospital and Health Service / Rehabilitation in the Home

(as a relative),

We had RITH when my husband broke his hip.  He was discharged from hospital last month and went to stay with our son, in North Coogee.

James visited regularly to provide physiotherapy. He was brilliant and supported both my husband and myself from post op to when we flew back to the UK.  

Wendy the Occupational Therapist visited regularly too and gave advice and support   

We will always be grateful to the RITH team in Fremantle   so a big thank you.
