Dear Staff at the Collie Medical Hospital, Western Australia,  Our mother June instructed her family to sincerely thank you all for your love , care and dedication to her needs whilst in hospital and the last days of her life.  Your attention and care can only be admired.

Thank you for loving our dear Mum.

Thank you for taking the time to acknowledge our wonderful Collie Team.

It was truly an honour for us to be able to care for June, and I hope you are able to find some comfort in knowing she was well cared for during a difficult time for you and your family.
