"Stay at the Hospital"

Late last month: My surgeon & the nursing staff were excellent. Room was lovely.

I felt the food was terrible. The in-care video suggests ordering is via an automated system. In my experience it's not. I got a confusing sheet of paper to tick boxes on that isn't consistent with the glossy menu you get on arrival to hospital. A real shame as I believe good food helps you feel good when your body is recovering.

First day I received - on the same plate, pancakes, half a cooked tomato (on the pancakes), baked beans, and bacon. Very strange. Next day - two fried eggs that had been crucified when I ordered the Hot Breakfast. The feedback form seemingly doesn't allow you to post anything past 13/03/2025 so I'm posting here. I found the Client Liaison gives a consistent, "we're sorry but we're not able to take your call right now."
