"Thanks & Appreciation to Bruce Rock Health Service"

About: Bruce Rock Memorial Health Service

(as a friend),

"Thank you" to staff at Bruce Rock Hospital. I feel I must express my thanks and appreciation to you all for the duty of care in nursing my friend over many weeks. She has inabilities, disabilities and comes on quite strong and determined when one to introduce a better lifestyle.

As her close friend I must thank you all for everything.

1.I was extremely happy to see enjoying even something basic as a shower.

2. I was very happy to see her when she actually allowed staff to wash her.

3. Noting nursing staff encouraging her to mobilise -to try and keep her independence -keeping her safe using her walking frame.

4. Meals: It was pleasant to see staff having discussions with my friend to try different menu options espescially soft and correct diet whilst she is awaiting her dentures to be renewed.

With lack of clothing and toiletries: it was heartening to see staff and management source some suitable clothing and toiletries which she was pleased to receive.

Thank you Bruce Rock for, in my friend's experience, the wonderful care and treating all patients equally irrespective of their disabilities.
