About: Sydney / Sydney Eye Hospital

(as the patient),

I commend Sally who is an orthoptist at Sydney Eye Hospital in the Field of Vision Clinic today.

Sally not only demonstrated professional competency in her role, but also the ability to show care and empathy for me as a client/outpatient, and excellent communication and customer service skills.

Sally listened to me and was able to put my nerves at rest and she explained clearly different aspects during my visit and the testing process. This made a positive difference to my experience.

Thank you Sally.

To Sally's supervisors and to the Hospital's management team. I would recommend Sally as a mentor for others in the department and if there is a way of acknowledging her work through a staff reward/award system I would highly recommend she be considered as a recipient.
