"Community Assessment Unit"

About: POWH Community Assessment Unit

(as the patient),

I had a short stay in Community Assessment Unit. During my stay every staff member I saw was always happy and obliging. They smiled every time they helped you.  They made me feel as they wanted to help me through my experience. They ensure to look after me on the medical side but also made sure that I was comfortable. They came back to check on you and follow up on everything. They are competent and also lovely and caring.  Being in hospital is never nice but they made my stay pleasant. Thank you to the staff and Doctors that looked me.

Hello corridorpd86

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback for the care you received by the POWH Community Assessment Unit (CAU) team.

The CAU aim to provide person centred care, and your wonderful feedback has made that evident. I am really happy that the CAU team were able to support your hospital stay to leave you with such a positive memory of how you were cared for.

I hope you have recovered well and again I thank you.

Kind regards,

Justin O'Hare

Nursing Co-Director POWH
