"Gastroscopy at the hospital"

I had a gastroscopy recently with Professor Stephen and his team. It was just so good, the whole thing. They are so caring from the waiting room on to the team; there was a nurse called, Mary, and there was a doctor who was lovely, a young male doctor, Professor Stephen who is very experienced and he led the team and whoever put the cannula in, Rebecca maybe. It was very well coordinated.. They were very comforting and I felt they were exactly what I would expect of a health service. I had a follow up call the next day which may have been because of my age, but I really appreciated it. 10/10. Very thorough in checking and cross checking as well.
