Hi there,
I’m an Albany resident, who had a motorbike crash in Albany and was then transferred to a Royal Perth Hospital. I’m now happily back in Albany and I’m having to deal with Telehealth appointments from Perth and get X-rays etc in Albany. I feel that all this information getting transferred to and from hospitals is exhausting and I believe it can be better spent on the care to patients. I haven’t had 1 bad experience with a nurse or carer in my case. The ground staff I saw were excellent, it was more the busy doctor's that always kept me waiting. I’m confident that the Albany crew can take my recovery from here. I hope this gets through to the right people so there will be no more holdups or confusion.
Regards,
