"Release of patient with a heart problem"

My sibling was taken to hospital for a heart problem. 3 times within a week they’ve changed their minds whether to keep my sibling in hospital or not! as a normal heart rate is 60. And my sibling's as low as 20.. in early August they said my sibling can’t go home for another week. Recently I find out they got my sibling to catch a taxi by themselves to go home without telling the family. I am fuming. I feel this not acceptable and disgusting, in my opinion, that the hospital did this!😡
