Tep and the team at Albany fixed my ingrown toenails that I have been suffering from for many years. Everybody I encountered was friendly, professional and clearly cared about me. Now two weeks after the procedure I have had my stitches removed and am well on the way to fully healed.
The procedure and reason for the approach taken was well explained and time taken to ensure everything went well, in particular the care taken in administering the local anaesthetic was amazing. This is usually painful but the slow introduction of the medication meant that there was virtually no discomfort.
Everybody has made it clear that if I have any problems or concerns at all they are more than happy for me to return for assistance or advice.
