"Superlative treatment from time of arrival"

Was woken with chest discomfort / pain and decided to attend A&E at PM Base Hospital (having previously had a quadruple bypass).   All staff from Reception / Triage / Doctors / Nurses / etc. etc. etc. were extremely reassuring, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, confirming that I was indeed in good hands.   Thank you everyone! - you are all deserving of awards for your professionalism and dedication.    I know that, if necessary at some future time, I will have no hesitation in returning for the appropriate care and attention.   Well done!!!!
