"My stay at Albany hospital"

About: Albany Health Campus / Emergency Department Albany Health Campus / Operating Theatre Albany Health Campus / Recovery

(as the patient),

I had severe pain and went upto the emergency room, the ladies at the triage desk immediately made me feel heard and seen, they asked if i needed pain relief and offered me a bed to lay on so I was more comfortable. I was later transported to the maternity ward and the nurses and student nurse made me feel very warm they were super lovely and made me smile while going through a scary time. My time in recovery after surgery was also calming and refreshing the ladies there made me feel calm and relaxed and talked to me and let me know how everything went.
