About: Lives Lived Well – Dubbo (Roadmaps)

(as a service user),

I participated in the Roadmaps mobile day program in my local community.

When I joined the program, I had recently relapsed and been admitted to a psychiatric hospital.

I was initially a bit unsure about group work, about feeling safe and trusting others.

I found roadmaps was great, it was adult learning, skills development and self-exploration in a safe and supportive environment. 

Based on my experience, I encourage anyone who has the opportunity to join Roadmaps.
