I came to the Emergency Department last week with my dad, and I wanted to express how positive the entire experience was. Despite the waiting room being full, triage nurse Sonal was incredibly patient and from what I saw, took the time to answer every question from patients with care and professionalism.
Dr. Dani explained everything clearly, helping us understand what was happening and what the best solutions were. The doctors communicated the surgical procedure very well, which helped put us at ease.
Both Sonal and Dr. Dani showed exceptional care and compassion, even while working under significant pressure. We felt truly supported throughout the entire visit.
Overall, I’m very thrilled with the experience and extremely grateful for the dedication and kindness shown by the entire team.
